We recently tried a new super easy & healthy treat that only included 3 ingredients!
Protein Energy Bites
1/3 c. Local Honey
1c. Organic Peanut Butter
You’ll also need a big helper! (That’s my favorite part.)
We just put everything in a bowl.
Mix it up and scoop it into a bowl.
They make yummy lunches too!
They also make great after-school snacks.
We made this again but added oatmeal and we liked it better that way.
We also put them in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Other things you can add:
You can use any protein powder but this Chocolate Protein Powder is the only one I trust and give to my kids.
Just have fun with it and mix it up!
