An after school snack doesn’t have to be hard. Kids are usually so hungry that they’ll eat anything you give them. This is a perfect time to load up on the fruits and veggies!
Today, we can slices of apples, raisin, berries, and a green drink. Sometimes we have carrots/other veggies and hummus, crackers and cheese, protein balls, fruit smoothies, frozen bananas, bagels and cream cheese, yogurt, etc.
Then we get to enjoy some time together before the dreaded homework!! At least they will have full, healthy bellies!
