Do you ever have those days where you feel slow, unhappy, and you are dragging? Here are a few things to try next time that happens.
Make coffee/tea or take a nap
Make a green drink and take your vitamins
Need nourishment? Have you been eating like crap? Make yourself a green drink and don’t forget to take whole food supplements. Make sure they are high quality or you are just wasting your money. (I take these.)
Working out can really help your overall mood and outlook on life. If you can, workout or walk outside. Go, get out of the house and breathe in some fresh air. You will feel like a new person.
Pray/Read a book/listen to music
Take some alone time to pray. Think about all the things that you are grateful for. You can also read a good book. (This is a great book about happiness.) I also like to crank up the music and sing along to my Pandora.
Get dressed/put on makeup
If you aren’t in real clothes (yoga pants don’t count), go put on something nice and do your make-up.
Unfriend/unfollow anyone on social media that makes you feel bad about yourself
Does anyone on Facebook or social media make you feel bad about yourself? Feel free to unfollow them. Also, if Pinterest makes you feel inadiqaute, delete the app from your phone.
Open a window
Get some fresh air and open a window. This will calm you down and help you feel happier in seconds.
Call a friend
Call a friend. Just talking to someone will make you feel better. Smile when you talk.
Cuddle your kids
Cuddling kids never gets old. They will grow up soon so cuddle away. Start a tickle fight.
Color/draw/or get creative
I bought my daughter those adult coloring books and apparently the make you relax right away. I worked on them with my daughter they take full concentration. If don’t want to color, work on a hobby or find another way to be creative.
