I just watched the movie #forksoverknives (on Netflix) and it’s all about our diet, the food Industry, and The China Study. Have you seen this or read the books? It’s making my rethink my diet again!!

On a personal note:
My summer addictions – running and smoothies!!! I can’t get enough!! Today was a cool evening run and it was prefect! I don’t know the distance because my phone died but it was just what I needed after I cleaned, worked, took the kids to the splash park, and then the library and everything else that’s required of me! Scott is out of town but I’m thankful that my MIL is here to help me!!! Now, it’s bedtime for the kiddos, and bath for me and then some adult time! I love summer days!! ☀️ What did you do today?
