I am a HUGE fan of regular silent time to think. Some call it meditation, I call it silent time. We live in a noisy world and if we’re not intentional with our time and carving out silent space, it can get SO overwhelming. I shared my miracle morning here.
I am a busy mom with 4 kids and our life is chaotic, to say the least. But I intentionally carve this time out and I encourage you to as well! Here are some reasons why I carve out silent time daily:
