“What’s for dinner?”…. the dreaded question at 5pm!
You are hungry. Your kids are starving. You want something healthy. There is no time. You grab for a frozen pizza. You pull out carrot sticks so you there will be some sort of vegetable. You wish you meal planned this week. You feel guilty because your pinterest board has the best healthy recipes that you have been meaning to make. (Seriously, your board is better than all your friends’.) You wrote out your shopping list and that was as far as you got.
