I am sure that you have read all the “chia seed” benefits or have seen images shared on Facebook.
Well, last year some time, Trader Joes started selling them and I am hooked!!
If you have not heard of them yet, it’s about time you did and I am here to share how I added this amazing seed into my diet.
It’s so easy to add, anyone can do it!
So I just stir it up as I drink!
They don’t actually have a “flavor” but then again, I mix it with tea. I drink it with a straw. (I am not sure if that helps….I just love straws.)
