I have been loving my daily smoothies!! I have been drinking one to two green/fruit smoothies to get my raw food intake and fill me up!
Today, I ran a 6+ mile run in the hot ☀️ sun and I couldn’t wait to get home and drink this cold and refreshing drink! ?
I’m still trying different recipes to find my go-to favorite! ? This one was pretty good though!!
Berry +Banana + Spinach + Flax Smoothie Recipe
10 oz. water
Handful of frozen blueberries
Handful of frozen raspberries
2 scoops of flax seeds
1 – 2 T coconut oil
Blend together and enjoy!
Also, big news around here…Andrew got a haircut and his curls are gone!! ??
