I have been loving summer!!
It’s been a blast hanging with the kids all day but I gotta tell you, my life is insane right now! We just bought our new house, this house is still on the market, my husband is working a lot, I’m trying to remodel our new house (it’s a fixer upper – and by “remodel”, I mean “pin” and showing my ideas to our designer), and life in general is crazy!
So what do I do to receive stress? >>>>>I RUN!!!!
I have been running about 4 miles every other day. I have also been lifting weights a few times week. I usually listen to my favorite Pandora station, Workout Plan Radio, or I listen to an audible while I run.
Also, I have been loving all my raw smoothies! I have been eating mostly raw these day and feel amazing! I come home from my run and blend everything together. (I use this Blender.)
This was my after workout smoothie!! ?
Blueberry Blast Smoothie
1c. Frozen organic blueberries
1 frozen spinach cubes
1 big scoop of chia seeds
1 big scoop of flax seeds
Organic stevia (to taste)
Blend together and enjoy!!!
