I get asked over and over again how I do it all. Well, I don’t. But I have found some mom hacks that work well for us! One tip that I shared in my latest video about back to school schedules was how I make protein balls weekly for our family! We do this most Sundays along with boiled a couple dozen of eggs, cooked exactly 8 minutes. We use these as quick breakfasts or after school snacks! My kids love them and they help us keep our flow. Protein Energy Bites
1c Organic Oats
1 c. Protein Powder (optional) (We use doTERRA’s)
1/3 c. Local Honey
Flax seeds (to taste)
Chia seeds (to taste)
Organic Raisins (to taste)
Just mix everything into a bowl and make balls. We make multiple batches at a time and then freeze!
(Also, we use an ice-cream scoop like this one to make perfect balls.)
