Homemade Baby Wipes with Essential Oils
Homemade Baby Wipes 👶🏼 🧻
When I wrote this recipe, I realized that I’ve never bought wet baby wipes in my almost 16 years of motherhood. I’ve always made my own with natural ingredients because I want to know what ingredients are in the products I use; they are cheaper, natural, and really easy to make. 🙌🏻
Today, I wanted to share my newest recipe with you using our doTERRA baby line products, which I absolutely love. It smells amazing and has a lot of health benefits.
🖤You will need🖤
✔️One roll of chlorine-free paper towels.
✔️An old wet wipe container or any storage container
✔️2 cups of pure warm water
✔️4 drops Lavender essential oil
✔️4 drops Tea Tree/Melaleuca essential oil
✔️2 T fractionated coconut oil
✔️Several pumps of Doterra‘s baby wash (to your desire) (I like about 10)
✔️1-2 drops Roman chamomile essential oil (optional)
✔️1-2 drops On Guard essential oil (optional)
🖤Directions🖤
✨Cut your paper towel in half.
✨Put your paper towels in your container with the cut side down.
✨Add all wet ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir
✨Pour the water mixture over the paper towels. Let sit and absorb. Take out the cardboard piece in the middle. (Add more water if needed.)
✨Pull out the wet wipes from the middle.
🌟Don’t forget to take some out and add to your travel wet container for on the go wipes.
You’ll love making your own wipes!
New to doTERRA? I recommend getting started with this kit. It includes most oils mentioned here, the baby wash and a diffuser. It’s an excellent gift for a new mom. SHOP HERE!
